ORDERING & PAYMENT

What happens after I place my order?

Once you place an order, you will receive a summary of your order by email. We will then process and dispatch your order.

When your goods are dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Depending on the delivery method, this email will usually include tracking information for your parcel(s).

On occasion, we may require further information or clarification before we can process your order. We will contact you by telephone or email in this instance.

What payment methods do you accept?

Our website accepts all popular Debit and Credit Cards. We can also accept payment via Bank Transfer. The available payment options will be presented at checkout and may vary depending on the products in your basket.

As our delivery partners do not support Cash on Delivery, we cannot offer this as a payment method at checkout on our website. However, we can accept COD for orders that we will deliver ourselves. These orders are generally handled outside of our website and we will advise of available payment methods in this instance.

How secure are my payment details?

All card transactions through our website are securely and independently processed by our payments provider Stripe. At no point during or after checkout does Top Nets receive or store any Debit or Credit Card details, our payments provider simply informs whether or not the payment was successful.

Our entire website is delivered over HTTPS, secured via TLS and hardened with HSTS. This adds an additional layer of protection as all information you may send through our contact forms or checkout pages is encrypted and protected from eavesdropping.

Will I receive an invoice for my order?

For each order, you will receive a full VAT invoice by email.

If you require a copy of an invoice for a past order, please contact our team.

DELIVERY

What countries do you ship to?

At present, our website processes orders from the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. If you are outside these juristictions, please contact us to discuss your options.

How soon will I receive my order?

For orders containing non-custom products, you should expect to receive your goods within 3 days of placing your order. However, this can vary based on a number of factors.

Who is your delivery partner?

We use Fastway Couriers for most standard orders. For larger orders or heavier items, we may opt to send a pallet for which we use the services of Duffy Express Freight. Orders that require our installation services will generally be delivered by Top Nets.

Can I track the delivery of my order?

The availability of tracking information depends on the delivery method used for your order.

All parcels dispatched by courier from Top Nets include tracking as standard. You will receive the tracking number(s) by email when your order is dispatched which can then be checked at www.fastway.ie.

Items being delivered by pallet cannot be tracked by the customer at this time. Please contact our team if you require a tracking update of your pallet during delivery.

PRODUCTS

What guarantee do you provide on your products?

NETTING: All our nets are protected against UV damage for a minimum of 3 years. We work rigorously with our suppliers to ensure only premium materials and proven components are used in your nets.

OTHER PRODUCTS: All non-textile products for sale on our website have a minimum manufacturer guarantee of 1 year. The guarantee for a specific product can be viewed at the bottom of the product page.

In the event you are not entirely satisfied with our product, we operate a hassle-free Returns Policy and are available and willing to resolve whatever issue you may be experiencing.

The product / format I want isn't listed. Can I request a custom product?

While our website includes the majority of our products and their available formats, in some cases it is not possible to display all of these. Please contact us if the product or format you are looking for is not listed in our store and we can discuss your requirements.

Additionaly, Top Nets offer a bespoke Manufacturing Service for clients who require customised netting or mounting systems.
