1. What information do we collect?

  • We collect information from you when you register on our website, place an order, submit a form through our website or respond to our marketing or other e-mail.

  • When placing an order or registering on our website, we may ask you for your name, e-mail address, postal address, telephone number and payment details such as credit card information. You can, however, visit our site anonymously.

  • We use cookies to aid the function of our shopping cart and to gather information about visitors browsers and browsing behaviour. Please refer to Section 4 below for information about cookies in use and how we use them.

2. How do we use your information?

We may use the information we collect from you in the following ways:

  • To tailor the website experience to deliver the product offerings and content in which you might be interested.

  • To allow us to respond to your customer service requests efficiently.

  • To quickly process your transactions.
  • If you have subscribed to our newsletters, we may send you occasional e-mails. You can opt-out of receiving these at any time you wish by referring to Section 6 below. Visitors and customers will be asked if they would like to be registered on our email list when interacting with our website or when placing an order. All our e-mail newsletters will include a URL where you can manage or remove your subscriptions.

3. How do we protect visitor information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Any information you submit to us is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of company personnel who have monitored access rights to our systems and who are required to keep information confidential.

Our entire website is delivered over HTTPS, secured via TLS and hardened with HSTS. This adds an additional layer of protection as all information you may send through our contact forms or checkout pages is encrypted and protected from eavesdropping. Our website and all associated information is hosted on a dedicated web-server running in a secure data-centre in Dublin, Ireland. You can read more about the efforts our compute provider take to secure their data-centres, systems and networks here.

All debit / credit card information you provide through our checkout is securely and independently processed by our payments provider Stripe. At no point during or after the transaction do we receive or store your card number, expiry date or CVV, our payments provider simply informs whether or not the payment was successful. In most instances, our payments provider can securely return to us the type of card used to complete a transaction along with the last 4 digits of the card number (e.g. Visa Debit: **** 1234). For your convenience and piece of mind, we may display this information on your orders dashboard, on your electronic payment receipt and on any confirmation emails relating to your order. Additionally, you may be offered the option to save your card details to your account during checkout. Again, this feature is provided, managed and secured by Stripe and we do not store this information on our own systems, nor do have access to it. You can read more on our payments provider’s security practices here

4. Do we use cookies?

To request the closure of your online account and the removal of associated information from our systems, you can either login to “My Account > Account Details > Close Account” or you can request this by emailing us directly at We will remove your name, email, mailing addresses and any passwords from our database.
